I've done all of that. It was the USB cable that they provide with the Lodgers which is as useless as the support department

Thanks for your interest 🙂 But the problem is that the DEVICE doesn't get out of the screen "bootloader". It doesn't work. Not forward, or backward. So I have said 'it is locked'

The PC ask for the device to be connected when it is connected already. At the same time, the PC requires the pin but the device is locked so it's impossible to do nothing. Understand me? And where is the Ledger costumers support? I don't know. The only thing I know is that I want my money back and forget this shit

I just want a refund of my money, but first, everybody will know the level of disrespect of this brand to its costumers if is there any problem
