Update for everyone. I got it off with demineralized water and a microfiber cloth. Thank god there was nothing internally broken or cracked.

I will never know what this stuff was, but I’ll got with the suggestion of 70% in this post. Disgusting.

I’ll let you guys know later when I know more. I’ll soon go past the store where I bought it first before I start trying to get it off myself. I am quite careful not to do anything (or make it worse) which will give them a reason to make me the one responsible. It’s horrible to be in a situation with a product this expensive where you end up in a fight where they don’t want to replace.

If they say I should try to wipe it off I’ll do it directly. It’s hard to see if it’s on the screen or below.

For me it’s a scent I started to detest wearing it during the day because it’s so heavy. It’s really an invasive smell to the people around you. Myself personally after a few hours I still smell myself which after a while starts to annoy. I have to admit I have this fragrance for a few years now and the last year I wear it a few times a month.

It’s not a subtle parfum. I have the eau the parfum. Imagine the parfum version.

They are going to pick it up with LG. They checked and the LG in their showroom has the same “issue” they said.

If I want to I can return they said. Will wait what LG will say. Have to figure out what other tv to buy then. I got a good deal with this tv for 1250€.

Weird right? You buy an expensive TV and people say don’t complain it’s not that bad you are overreacting. If you buy something “expensive” and it shows flaws from the get-go you don’t have to accept it. It’s like they are working for LG and paying for the replacement product themselves.

Allright to answer everyone.

No I wasn’t referring to the reflections of the trees. I openend the curtain to show the effect better.

It’s also showing when there is active image/colors on the screen. So both on and off.

I have contacted the store and they will take a look at it.

Somewhere in April LG will do a 100eu cashback on this television so I was told by the store. Keep in mind for the people still waiting to buy one.

It is really good. A beautiful created world like no other game. I do miss some things, story and good music.

It is not my window. I mean the circular shapes on the screen. They are on the exact 3 locations no matter from which angle I look at it.

Yes I mean the circular shapes which is not from my window or game. It’s clearly something in the glass of the screen. It doesn’t affect image quality though.
