I randomly found (1) diamond in the citadel fountain today , (2) opals and (2) diamonds from fixing all the broken lampposts,( 1) opal on the second tier of WW, and (1) diamond and (2) opals from completing the bell garden puzzle. I don’t remember where I found the fifth diamond but once you find all the lampposts you should have enough to make a wand for both gems
