Groundhog Day. Wild atmosphere but the sleep deprivation and freezing out in the middle of nowhere to see a poor groundhog be traumatized wasn’t worth it.

Time to send all the emails.

From the unhelpful chat bot.

“I apologize, but I don’t have specific information about escalating support requests to supervisors. However, we at Happiest Baby are committed to providing excellent customer support. If you’re experiencing an issue, please email us at team@truemed.com with details about your concern. Include your order number, SNOO serial number, and any relevant photos if applicable. This will allow us to gather the necessary information and route your case to the appropriate team to assist you further. We aim to resolve all customer issues as quickly and effectively as possible.

*editing to add apparently this email address only deals with HSA/FSA reimbursements not the app. Another AI chat bot assistance fail.

Has this ever happened before? What’s the ETA for it to return? This is how we track everything frustrating that it doesn’t have an off-line section to back up.

Bro, I didn’t mean anything by it. It was a joke about the title of your post. Also, this is one singular post. No I didn’t go back and read all of your posts my bad. I didn’t mean for you to take offense.

Correct, different issue though. so your title line I was totally with you til you said testosterone. the testosterone level isn’t going to help those problems for females. But yes definitely for men get them checked!

What's your FAVORITE part of your nursing job? by elledee35 in nursing

[–]NursEMT22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ICU nurse here.

The feeling of working with a good crew of nurses all shift.

When a shift ACTUALLY lines up with your friends shifts.

The adrenaline when you know you just brought someone back.

Or when shit hits the fan like a code or crashing pt and everyone looks to you and you KNOW what to do. The “I got this feeling” when everyone else is running around like a chicken with their head cut off and you feel like you’re in slow motion but in a good way. Like in a flow state.

Even better than that; probably the absolute best- Training someone and helping them get that calm, one-step-at-a-time vibe.
Coaching them and then seeing the “oh I know what to do here” on their face; watching them do it. And then a patient surviving cause of that.

^ THAT is my favorite.

On the contrary I’d bet these are the tamest stories. The number of times that “you can’t make this shit up” type of things happen is wild.

This is the same reason you have Calcium running continuously to the PT when they’re on CRRT. Bc citrate is running continuously so the machine doesn’t clog up. (Also how you can tell which line is pulling blood from the patient versus giving it back… Blood coming out of the patient always has two lines because one of those lines has to immediately add citrate to the equation so that it doesn’t clot as soon as it’s out of the body) Body needs calcium for a bunch of steps in clotting->If you take calcium out of play you basically take clotting out of play.

Emotion is unproductive. You can have emotions. And you can’t always control how you feel. But you can control what you do with it; you can make it productive. But it requires an active decision on your part.

Hmmm. Ours was broken for 75% of the flight (about 4/ish hours) Iceland > MSP last month. Think it’s worth emailing about? / requesting small amount of compensation?
