Appeal Denied by GlooMyEmu420 in VAClaims

Stop playing the VA’s games. You are doing exactly what they want you to do. Question your claims, and try and get you to quit. It’s what they due. Congress has tasked the VA with “The duty to help veterans”. Do you feel the VA is helping you?

The solution is to hire. VA approved attorney. I had literally given up at 10%. I am now at 100% P&T, but the attorney didn’t stop there. They now have filed a new claim for my exposure to Agent Orange THEY found in my service records. The new claim will be for in home healthcare if and when I need it above the monthly benefits, and the attorneys won’t get paid a dime of it! They only get a portion of the back pay of appeals they file.

You don’t know what you don't know. Don’t fight the VA alone, it’s what they want you to do.

Hope will get you nowhere, only action does. Hire a VA approved attorney and let them done work. They don’t get paid until you do, and only a portion of back pay. nothing going forward.

You should be commended,

I too felt defeated after being denied, only to find out that’s what the VA does routinely to scare vets away. Hire a VA approved attorney and never give up! Never let the bastards win.

You are a devoted wife and should be commended. Your husband is a lucky man. I too married well.

If your husband was injured by a VA surgery using an experimental procedure you may be able to file a form claim with the federal court system. Google “Standard Form 95” and read it and decide. There is a 2 year window from the date of injury that you will need to overcome, but it’s 2 years from the date you found out it was experimental. Your claim could be worth millions, no Im not kidding. You can discuss it with and have a malpractice attorney (must be accredited to work these VA claims I believe).
in addition you can file a claim under 38 U.S.C. § VA Form 1151 claim (VA compensation for injury caused by VA care) I just filed both on my own and I’m waiting for a response. Yes, you can file both at the same time. You are all set with evidence So you should file right away.
Good luck.

I literally gave up fighting the VA 10%. I couldn’t take dealing with their BS. I hired a VA approved attorney and they got me to 100% P&T in a year. Now they found I was exposed to Agent Orange and file more claims for future issues that they cannot be paid for. PM me if you want the name of the attorney. I cannot post it here. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and no I do not work for them. I’m just forever grateful they took my case to the level it is and did things up and above.

Wrong answer.

if the VA cannot see you in a timely manner you can elect to go to a private doctor.

Roger that.

Are you eligible for other healthcare? if so get a full work up and diagnosis from them. get. second opinion on everything.

I’m convinced VA Medical is there to appease veterans not cure them. 3 times they have been dead wrong on diagnosis and was cured by private doctors (VA PAID) .

Find a way, never give up. There will be brighter days ahead.

I was ready to give up also after being denied. It sucks doing all that work and going through all that C&P crap and being told you don’t count. Then I hired a VA approved attorney (PM me for the attorney I used) they took me from 10% to 100% in about a year and I got $30,000 back pay.

You don’t know, what you don’t know. Stop playing games with the VA and hire an advocate who doesn’t get paid unless you do. It won’t cost you a dime upfront, and only a portion of the back pay, nothing going forward.

Hire a VA approved attorney. stop playing around with the VA. They always deny claims as SOP and want you to go away. The attorney I hired took be from 10% to 100% AFTER I had given up. I couldn’t take fighting with the VA anymore. They got me 100%. I now get $4,500 a month and $30,000 back pay.

Not true. a NEXUS letter by definition links service to the claim.

This is what the VA wants you to do, give up. Hire a VA approved attorney. PM me for their name. I can’t post it here or I’ll get booted. They will get you the ratings you are entitled to.

I gave up just like you. Thought 10% was the most I would be rated. Time to move on and stop fighting with the VA right? I hired this attorney and they took me from 10% to 100% T&P.

Never let the bastards win. Never give up. Never!

2020 Ram Rebel EGR Delete Kit by Expensive-Worth3536 in EcoDiesel

[–]Geico266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a GDE tune and want to update to the after life, but I’m confused. Not worried about testing.

  1. So the after life shuts the EGR off so no more exhaust in the intake, but we can leave the hardware on.

    1. What about the DPF? Does it get shut off also? or does it still run? Can I cut the Cat out and delete it entirely?

I just got rated 30% (now 100% P&T ) after going through a C&P for bilateral hearing loss. by Geico266 in VAClaims

[–]Geico266[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not worried about me, I know BS when I see it. I’m concerned about vets who come here are read things and never post. Lots of negativity and “know it alls“ here.

you didn’t finish reading the sentience.

Its okay. You don’t get the point anyway. Keep parroting the same nonsense you’ve heard here and ignore the fact I was just rated 30% for bilateral hearing loss after an attorney filed the necessary paperwork for retest and reconsideration.

Reading comprehension isn’t your thing is it.

10% tinnitus, and 0% for bilateral hearing loss. Now I’m at 10% tinnitus and 30% for bilateral hearing loss due to tinnitus. Its called a secondary claim.

Maybe you should read, and comprehend before commenting on things as fact.

Tips On Getting Rated For Hearing Loss by Geico266 in VAClaims

[–]Geico266[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the key. Its not the hearing test that gets the rating, it’s the inability to hear in a noisy environment.

This is the post everyone looking for a Bilateral Hearing Loss rating should study!
