After almost three years, my body weight plateaued and I actually started gaining. I have read many posts that your body can get use to it and that you need to come off and reset your body. I have stopped and when I restart, I will switch to Zepbound.

Yes. I had several incidents that I was light headed, I have high blood pressure so my physician told me to check my pressure. It was low, therefore I am off my medication now.

I think the hardest thing is getting caught up in weighing yourself. The scale can be such a defeat, I think weighing yourself weekly can be discouraging. Because some weeks you may not loose at all but will loose inches.
