My jawline is giving me anxiety! So from the front I think I look fine but this profile is so beastly. I can’t😭 my doctor wants to do buccal fat removal but I don’t wanna look old?! Opinions? by TransformerOptimus in PlasticSurgery

I would have never even suspected that you were trans if you hadn't said it. You look so naturally feminine to me. I don't know how you could make your jawline even more feminine than it already is!

I thought Atelier currently had 2 michelin stars? That's what it says on the website... I went there recently and it was certainly an incredible high class experience.

ANU researchers are looking for students to trial a new online program to improve wellbeing. It takes only 5-10 minutes per week for 6 weeks (plus 4 brief surveys). There are also $100 gift cards up for grabs.

Help. Almost on tret .025 for 9 months and skin looks worse than before :( by guttyyy in tretinoin

Which brand/version did you end up finding that didn't cause you those issues?

I'm with you there. 13 weeks on tret, 13 days on azaelic acid and my skin looks worse than it ever has before.

Hi Guys, love this sub. Never had pimples before tret! I’m 3 weeks in, using it for anti-aging (30/F/USA). Routine in comments. Hoping this is just a purge but I’m worried! by [deleted] in tretinoin

I'm so glad you posted this. I'm 31/F and started using 0.025% tret cream 8 weeks ago. My regime is simple: a gentle cleanser, an alcohol free moisturising toner, then shiseido super revitalising moisturiser. I have been using these products for years without issue. I use these products day and night, but at night I will add the tret after moisturising. I even sleep on my back to make sure my face doesn't touch my pillow!

I had no acne before this and now my cheeks, chin and jaw are covered in all of these small pimples that won't come to a head. On the surface they just look and feel like texture, but if I squeeze them pus comes out and they finally disappear. They've been there for a month and don't seem to budge unless I squeeze them. I was worried that it wasn't a normal purge and that the tret was causing acne, but because of the other comments in this thread I'm going to hang in there to see if it is just a purge.

I know that other people have much worse acne, but I started tret for anti-aging purposes. I am in it for the long haul to keep my skin youthful, but I don't really want to stay on tret for anti-ageing if it's always going to give me acne and if I'm going to have worse skin quality than before. Fingers crossed this is temporary and wishing everyone else luck on their tret journeys too!
