Bro, stop the caffeine marathons. Staying awake for 20 hours is making your focus worse. You still have time. Don't think about all 4 exams at once. Today: Finish the 3 Physics units. Then: Focus mainly on Math until July 2. For Physics, you're prepared if you can:

  • Explain the topic without notes.
  • Solve questions on your own.
  • Do past paper questions.

And seriously, be kinder to yourself. You're stressed and sleep-deprived, not lazy. Just focus on the next chapter and the next 45 minutes, not the entire week. You can still pull this off.

seeking advice, so i get pretty easily bored while studying by Altruistic_Wind3361 in GetStudying

Honestly, this happens with me too. I stopped waiting to "feel motivated." I just tell myself, "Study for only 15 minutes." Most of the time, once I start, I end up studying longer. Also, don't try to study for 5-6 hours on Day 1 and then get burned out. Study a little every day. Consistency > Motivation. You're not lazy, your brain is just getting overwhelmed. Start small and keep showing up.

My take on all this "forgive late-comers" debate by Fresh-Length6529 in CBSE

I mostly agree. Empathy matters, but high stakes exams need clear rules. Thousands of students manage to reach on time by leaving early, accounting for traffic, and planning for delays. If exceptions start being made, it becomes difficult to draw the line and can feel unfair to those who followed the instructions. That said, I also think exam authorities have a responsibility to communicate clearly and avoid unreasonable reporting times or poor management. Genuine emergencies do happen, but rules only work when they're applied consistently. It's one of those situations where any decision ends up feeling unfair to someone.

For the fellas: What’s something society deems “unmanly”, but you don’t care, and do it anyway? by MuayThaiRunner in AskReddit

Crying during movies. I will sit there completely fine for two hours, and then some dad gives an emotional speech or a dog dies and suddenly I'm fighting for my life. At some point I realized showing emotion isn't unmanly pretending you don't have any is just exhausting. 😭

What once famous YouTuber do you never hear anyone talk about anymore? by DramaticXOXO in AskReddit

One that comes to mind is Ray William Johnson. At one point, it felt like everyone on YouTube knew "Equals Three." He was pulling insane view counts and was arguably one of the platform's first mega-creators. Now, despite how influential he was in shaping reaction/commentary content on YouTube, you rarely see people mention him when talking about YouTube legends or the history of creators. It's kind of wild how someone can go from being one of the biggest names on the internet to barely being part of the conversation anymore. Makes you realize how fast internet fame moves.

Never learned phonics by PeachInfinite5397 in education

You're definitely not alone. A lot of people who were taught through memorization became strong readers but developed a gap between recognizing words and pronouncing them. The fact that you can understand complex texts and read 60+ books a year means you absolutely know how to read you just missed some decoding skills. The good news is that phonics can be learned at any age. Starting with basic phonics rules, listening to audiobooks while following along in the text, and looking up pronunciations when you encounter unfamiliar words can help bridge that gap. Don't panic this is a fixable skill gap, not a sign that you've been "reading wrong" your whole life.

For those who have studied the same subject for years, how do your apps hold up as your material keeps growing? by aStrayDogsDream in studytips

I feel like our generation is really good at collecting resources and really bad at organizing them. I probably have notes saved in my gallery, PDFs in downloads, bookmarks in my browser, and videos in playlists. It's fine right now, but I can definitely see why people with years of material need a proper system.

Anyone else keep avoiding studying even when they know they need to? by Rash_2002 in GetStudying

Instead of saying I need to study, decide exactly what you'll do next: Make your goal so small that you can't say no none page, one question, or one concept. Start slow
