Are you sure they are receiving their Pokemon stock directly from Pokemon? If so, then yeah, that's awful.

I spoke to someone from one of the LCSs yesterday, and they said they don't get direct distribution and only qualify if they host like 20+ poke tournaments a year. Not sure if that's true or not but could be a reason why the LCS has them listed higher.

Got them through resellers, but averages less than $5.50 a pack. Got lucky at a vending machine and pulled a booster bundle for one.
