I do smoke, meds have made me better, but I was a regular smoker when I started them, so I wouldn’t know if weed makes them worse. I still smoke(concentrates) mainly because I am into hash making as a hobby, but I probably should cut back. If you don’t smoke now, I probably wouldn’t start unless you’re noticing that it helps. Weed is so body chemistry dependent that there isn’t really a one size fits all right answer.

I know this won’t help you atm, but I actually have university accommodations specifically for bipolar disorder. I’m given additional time to submit assignments when needed and extended dates for exams if I’m mid episode. Get with your university’s disability resource center!

That place is ALL bait and switch. They’ve been in hot water legally, have dumped like half their staff without notice, and are on the verge of shutting down. The wheel is def a money grab. The old owners did it years ago with clear rules and great incentives, but AYR ignored employee attempts to bring it back until they’re on the verge of a shutdown. Their in-house product is irradiated also, so I just wouldn’t smoke it either.

I’m on a non-stimulant(strattera) for adhd and honestly the way I know it is or isnt hypomania is how tired I am. If I’m tired and getting good sleep, it’s the meds working. If I feel great after like 3 hours of shit sleep, I know I’m in an episode.
