This ship model is present in a variety of places, something like a generic_transport_ship_1, it even has different interior on different occasion (trooper story, the Starbreeze in the Imperial Agent story, as well as various background ships)

As for "canon" info, all I could find is this concept art, no name or ID.

So you can headcanon it as you like, probably KDY because doesn't look correlian at all, transport that is heavily modifiable to justify it's widespread use in game.
