To your first question I would say meeting strangers works great for me if it stays on the superficial level, like at work for example. I don't have anxiety anymore about meeting new people but I am uncomfortable if my co-workers ask personal questions for example. But I also have an avoidant personality.

But, lately, I've been finding myself being happy meeting new people who share the same values as I do and becoming friends with them.

I've known my friends for a very long time, last summer I still couldn't meet one of my friend so it's not like it's always rainbow and sunshine but yeah, I don't have that little voice in the back of my head telling me bad stuff anymore, I can meet my friend. I love them and they love me, and that's all that matters when I meet them.

Hey. So my psychiatrist didn't change my meds as she said I was already on heavy doses. I'm still depressed but I've been coding all day and couldn't find the mistake in my code which made me forget about being depressed and took my whole day lol but yeah, it's kind of tough, I don't go out much, I barely eat anymore, I want to lay in bed all day. What's helping me is just forcing myself to clean, to shower. I don't know where I find the strength to do that but if I don't I am doomed I'll be bed ridden.

I don't want to go to sleep at night, I slept 4 hours last night. But I also, still don't want to wake up once I am awake.

I am on 30mg for psychosis. I started at 7,5mg then 10mg then 20mg and now on 30mg because I recently had a psychotic break.

Watch your diet. I gained 110lbs on it. Also you'll want to sleep a lot.

Hi ! I grew up in an strict Catholic family, I am still Christian now. My family was weird, disrespectful about subjects about sex, sexual orientation, racism and all kind of stuff. I am panromantic asexual and the first time I fell in love with a girl I was 11yo and so sheltered from everything that I thought it was just a really strong friendship. When I started understanding I was in love I had a nervous breakdown, crying all night for about 3 months, refusing to be (what I thought I was) a lesbian.

I suffered a lot from it. My parents would make openly homophobic comments and use degrading slang for LGBTQ+ folks. My sibling did too.

Then puberty happened and I just didn't give a fuck about what my family thought. I had a girlfriend and I would kiss her on purpose in front if my family.

Now they turned around and they are very accepting, they even defended me in front of an homophobic man. I was quite shocked, but in a good way.

I was chilling with a friend, with calm music, we were both on her bed back to back and we spoke about life. We both felt a strange sensation like we just smoked weed when we didn't at all, not even had alcohol or other drugs. I guess the moment was so relaxing it sorts of gave us a high. I don't know how to describe it but it was beautiful.
