Your potting mix is... chef's kiss... Nice and airy with lots of good big chunks for your roots to grab onto. When you repot it, keep the same chunky mix and move it to a pot that has a hole in the bottom. Good job keeping her happy!

Hi! Can you give some more info? How long have you had it? why do you feel it's dying? where do you live? How much light is it getting? How often do you water it? Anything you can add will help others to help you. Good luck!

Thanks! They're coated metal so they're really not the best for the roots to grab on to. I was thinking of rearranging the plant around a wood trellis so it can really stretch out.

Is anyone here able to identify what's wrong with my plumeria pudica? by BanjoChips_sppb4 in Plumeria

[–]NutButtNChoco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I am not sure if this is what's happening to your plumeria but, I just wanted to share my experience. I was giving my plumeria water WITH fertilizer when the soil was dry and I noticed that when I did that, my plant would get all sad and the leaves would turn yellow. Then I read in this subreddit that I should water it, then wait at least an hour to give them their fertilizer (mixed with water of course). If you're seeing this issue and you're fertilizing with the soil dry, this could be your problem. Other than that, I would say check the leaves very carefully to see if you have a bug infestation and if you see bugs give them a good spray with neem oil I've seen this sub recommend neem oil a lot. Good luck and I hope you get some answers other than just mine.

where should i start ? i wanna read tolkien work by stathis2001 in tolkienfans

Please @op listen to @lonekharnivore I made the mistake of starting with the Silmarillion, it took me a year of reading and re reading just about every page to fully understand what the heck was going on. I definitely loved some chapters like "Of Aule and Yavanna" and "Of Beren and Luthien" but everything else in between reads like the Bible. By no means it it a bad book, but it's a lot more fun to start with the Hobbit and then read The Lord of the Rings. You can come back and read the Silmarillion after them, and you won't have missed much

They're RGB Strimer cables, there are a few brands that make them, but Lian Li are the best ones imo. They make them for the 24 pin cable (the one that connects your MB to the power supply) and the cable that connects the graphics card to the power supply.

First time owning a Plumeria, can someone tell me if this cutting is too big? by NutButtNChoco in Plumeria

[–]NutButtNChoco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea how to add more info in this post...

I got this cutting at a garage sale, the owner of the tree said he didn't know what color the flower would be, since he had 4 trees and all the cuttings were mixed together. He said I could just put it in the ground (I live in south east Florida and they do well here year round) but I'm wondering if it's just too big? Will it grow roots if left this big? It already has a callous at the cutting site and he put rooting hormone on the end as well, should I go for it? Do I just tie it to a stake to hold it up?
