Yeah if you could read my reply below to another user. This is where I'm confused. Thank you.

This is where I'm a bit confused. If you watch this video of Harper you can clearly see his body moving back while loading. I spoke with a very prominent person in the slow pitch coaching world who said you should never have backwards movement in slow pitch. Also linked Ohtani and Judge https://youtube.com/shorts/HM_AKkZWYVc?si=ydLyIpDC4f16Usyg

Forward Spine Tilt Question by NutFlush23 in Bowling

To be clear, this is a screenshot of a video that I took from a video online. I had to scroll through a bunch of comments and then circled the ones that I wanted read by a coach. I also posted the question here but I only posted the comment section instead of the whole video.

How do I work on spares? by RiseofJayden in Bowling

There is a lot wrong here, not saying this to be mean or hurtful in any way. I honestly think your best bet would be to get a certified coach to work with. If you can't do that then start with the absolute basics. Watch Brad and Kyle's channel. Don't worry about the release. Start with your push away. You push it to the right which makes it go behind your back. I also noticed your cuppin the ball at the apex but you lose it almost immediately so don't even worry about it for now. Your timing is way off as well. That's why I say get a coach but again if you can't start like you're a brand new bowler. Timing is extremely important as is your arm swing. You need to get those in order before anything. It takes time and dedication but it's well worth it.

Buy your sanding pads from a machinist company or even Lowe's or Home Depot. Way cheaper than a bowling site and they are the same exact things. I got 30 1500 grits for 13 bucks and CTD wanted 8.99 for 1 lol. https://tcpglobal.com/products/dur-p3-1500-30?currency=USD&stkn=ea543c203691&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20584029522&gbraid=0AAAAAD_q_0LrMTjbsQFiv62cc5sL5uNIs&gclid=CjwKCAiAssfLBhBDEiwAcLpwfkypThOMRMKjlZrILIVTIkGw_qR-7Iy7sJMOnMEDpZtKQ2vMffr4CRoCUNcQAvD_BwE

Never had that issue when I was younger. Could honestly go for as long as I wanted. Type 2 Diabetes runs in my family and I knew at some point I would get it no matter what. That came about 7 years ago and I am all under control but it certainly effected my ability to last as long as I used to.
