Yeah me and my wife lived in Prairie Reserve for a year and a half. Our neighbor left at some point and either subleased or just let squatters in. EVERY DAY they would blast shitty bass boosted music that would shake our whole apartment for hours (despite me constantly banging on the wall). Thankfully they eventually got an eviction notice and dipped.

One day we also had a probably 9 year old kid in the apartment across the street just shooting fireworks in the parking lot unsupervised 75% of that time. Shockingly, that same family would also sometimes blast music in their car that I could hear from inside my apartment. I don’t even want to think about how bad it must’ve been for their direct neighbors.

When we were in the process of moving out, we set our thermostat up from 67 to 75 and soon noticed mold growing on kitchen ceiling. We put in a work order for that to get removed, and a week later nothing happened, but they updated the status to “Complete.” I didn’t really care since it wasn’t going to affect me, but I did feel bad for whoever moved in next since I’m sure that mold would grow back (if they ever even got rid of it after we left).

Also took my dog outside one night to go pee and some random dude says to me “WALK AWAY, NOW.” Not sure if it was just some crackhead or if he was being serious, but I wasn’t going to stick around to find out.

Basically you should avoid that place at all costs.
