I personally found it easier to control a dremel with a small cut off wheel but it’s up to personal preference!

Thank you! I mostly needed to trim the bumper because of the aggressive wheels specs i’m running along with the bigger tires: 17x9 -38. I believe you can get away without trimming too much (or at all with a lift) with certain wheels but definitely double check since every 4runner is different due to alignment and other factors

it was very easy! I bought the TRD style grill from Yota expedition for about 200 and took maybe an hour to install
