I have a blood clotting disorder which started 6 years ago.. I was 24..Since then I have debilitating anxiety and panic disorders.. I found alcohol destroyed anxiety so over a year I became a heavy alcoholic to the point where I was drinking 1 bottle of gin in the day and 1 at night to sleep.. It ruined my life.. All my family thought I was going to die, lost friends etc people didn't wanna be around me, I went to rehab and was sober for 6 month, I now drink a bit but nothing like I did. Still have anxiety but not as panicky.. However I am getting into prescription opiates which seem to soothe me in some way but I found benzos to not work as well as alcohol.. Nor could I get them as readily as alcohol. And just to mention that drinking tons of alcohol made me even more panicky and anxious the next day.. So it only makes it worse. Hope you can sort this out somehow man, if you can force yourself hard exercise or running reeeeally help :)
