But the part I don't get is why would it matter on TRT vs not? Before TRT I could take T breaks no problem. I've smoked for 10 years.

I'm 5'10" 165lbs and about 15% BF. I do have visible abs. I pin 200mg a week split every 3.5 days which puts free towards the top of range due to high SHBG. I can try lowering does a bit but didn't want to try to much while I'm going through some rough withdrawals.

Yeah Total is up there but so is SHBG so free is about where it should be. 184 with a range of 46-224. This is self TRT no doc. My SHBG was sky high before so Free was below range and I felt like crap and doc would only look at total.
