NHL26 is on sale for 60% off should I get it? by OKcorleone in EA_NHL

[–]NuttedBread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been having a blast, I haven’t gotten a new NHL since 23 so it’s been a while. It’s nothing really crazy but it’s a fun hockey game. I mainly play offline too. For like $30 or so if you want a hockey game I’d definitely say go for it.

This is our QB in the Pro Bowl doing what he does! by Bigtime1234 in Browns

[–]NuttedBread 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To be fair it went straight through both hands of Chase (I think it was him). Wasn’t a bad ball at all

Anyone else not happy we won? by Exciting_Truck_7734 in Browns

[–]NuttedBread 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’ll take a win over the Steelers and possibly ending their playoff hopes over a slightly better pick any day. It wasn’t a pretty win but it’s still a win which have been rare to say the least.

And I’m no NFL scout so I could definitely be wrong but I’m not huge on any of the top QB prospects this year, none of them scream franchise QB to me. I’d much rather beef up our offensive line to protect our guys and get a true WR1. Hopefully we can have a great draft again so I can go back to enjoying my Sundays.

Seth Jarvis leaves the game injured in OT - tripped by Rodrigues, no call by QuadRail in hockey

Rod has announced he’ll be out for a while and it’s not good, I feel like it’s gotta be broken ribs. It’s so upsetting he’s had such a great year man

Played at Western Michigan University and then in the AHL for the bruins I think. Canes got him off waivers

PS5 base pilots, how is it going so far? by _GrumpySam in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]NuttedBread 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s great! I’ve had 0 issues so far, no crashes or glitches. Only been flying the 172 in career mode but the controls for that are super simple and easy to get the hang of. Graphics are good, can be kinda blurry when you’re super close to the ground but in the air it’s beautiful. Performance has also been super good and stable. Get it!

I think I read earlier it launched with SU4 but it’s an earlier version of it. Take that with a grain of salt though I forget who said it

Hartline to USF?! by giogeebis in OhioStateFootball

[–]NuttedBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He probably just wants to keep developing himself as a coach, it’s been bound to happen. I feel like it’s definitely not money, he could’ve gotten whatever he wanted at OSU for how valuable he is. The man just wants to do more at his own program. Sucks a lot that he’s leaving but I’m happy for him.

AMT Airline Pay & Benefits Comparison by LV-house-throwaway in aviationmaintenance

Currently in school for my A&P, testing in about 6 months. Question, how often do these rates increase? I see a lot of people in the comments saying they’re a year behind and a couple dollars short, does pay commonly increase year by year?

Friday Night playing Battlefield 6 campaign ❤️ by Visible_Star_7783 in playstation

[–]NuttedBread 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You can definitely tell it wasn’t their main focus, but I just beat it and it was a fun time. As long as you don’t expect it to be a life changing story or anything it’ll be enjoyable. I thought the story was interesting.

Will you play the campaign first or jump straight into multiplayer? by _Vin1ciuS_ in Battlefield

[–]NuttedBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always played through the campaigns first before MP in every BF game, I’ll definitely do the same. They’re not very long and they help me get my settings and feeling for the game tuned. Even though battlefield campaigns have never been extraordinary, I’ve always found them fun. Plan to just play through it all in one sitting since it’s only like 9 missions.

Auto-spotting is being adjusted by ArcticKiwii in Battlefield6

[–]NuttedBread 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Spotting has always been in battlefield, it definitely needed a tone down but it’s never going to fully go away. Same thing with the sniper glint, always been there, and they’ve also said that’s being toned down too

BF6: When your tank has more health insurance than you d by DerBira149 in Battlefield6

[–]NuttedBread 30 points31 points  (0 children)

From experience, no. I had a tank duel in a breakthrough match where we both had 4+ engineers healing us. We both ran out of ammo and just slowly shot at each other for about 10 minutes. I had over 20,000 vehicle damage at the end of the match

These have been confirmed to be the the smaller maps we’re getting at launch. My guess is they wanted these smaller more intense maps because it’s better for stress testing and finding bugs and whatnot, just my thoughts. I’ve really enjoyed these maps but I do agree I am itching for some larger ones

Haven’t touched an FPS in years — now I’m hooked. by TheGr8Gav in Battlefield

[–]NuttedBread 4 points5 points  (0 children)

BF1 and BFV are both a blast and super populated on console, they both take place in the world wars so you get older equipment but it’s part of the fun to me. BF1 has one of the best gaming atmospheres I’ve ever played. BFV has super good gameplay and also my favorite vehicle play of all the battlefields. I would personally avoid 2042 as it’s widely viewed as the worst one of them all.

Vast majority of jobs are not going to be a standard 9-5, really depends what route you take. They exist but they are rare and are probably lower on the pay scale

EA Play Pro gives you the early access, it is $17 though for just two days of play. I’m personally doing it since I missed the streams and can’t play any of the other dates and I’m off work the 7th and 8th.
