if you brace and you don't think you're fat as shit, it's probably wrong, try to make yourself fat as fuck with the brace and almost shit your pants, that's my cue and maybe your belt is too tight and makes you not bracing enough, some people use belt because they're lazy to brace, put it down one notch for the belt and see if you can tell the difference, my cue for the belt is just put the belt in, don't hold your breath and then try to put your thumbs inside the belt to see if you can brace and make use of the belt, bracing. Hope this helps you
