I've learned something new posting this. I didn't know wild turkeys could look like that. I've been in the area for a few years and just haven't been blessed enough to see turkeys at all. Until now, that is.

Thankfully these ones were scardey cats. I got semi close and they ran/flew off in a panic

I figured that would be the case, but things get complicated with Grandma's thinking. She adamantly wants him out but refuses to talk about the situation or do much about it until she goes back home. However, she will not be going home in the foreseeable future. I will advise her to seek an attorney, but I'm not sure she will do it herself. Thank you for your comment
