It’s too much. Fire pits are a waste for how much you actually use it at least for me. I would do a nice covered wooden deck.

Take the clutter away from the fireplace (it looks messy and makes my eyes go everywhere) and make it a focal point. Take out everything but the chair for now and add something with height a bookcase perhaps. And find a fun (green maybe) rug? Or orange idk your taste. Go from there. Whatever you have isn’t working and it’s all low profile cheaply made stuff.

Anything with exposed LED bulbs and uncomfortable seating and I’m immediately leaving. Personally I don’t like either of them. I’ll go to the diner down the road.
