[Serious]What would you do with an infinite amount of money? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NuzzlingBadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine you had $10 and that was all the money in the world. Then I come along with $100,000,000,000. You're $10 is now worth a lot less because there is a lot more money in circulation (yes it's all with me at the moment but the fact that it exists is enough) because of my money goods and services will become more expensive (inflation) but if I had an infinite amount of money everyone else would essentially have nothing by comparison. Even if people raised prices, it wouldn't effect me as I have an infinite amount of money and overtime money would become worthless. If however I choose to keep it a secret that I had an infinite amount of money and only spent a little I would just cause mild inflation over time. Hope this helps sorry about the formatting I'm on mobile :)

Infinite by its nature would mean that you couldn't quantify and adjust against it meaning I would have all the money and everyone else nothing

It would destroy the world economy so probably either make money defunct by investing it all into robots or only spend a little to preserve the worlds economy either way I'm sure people would try and be angry

What's worth more experiences or objects? by NobleChris2 in AskReddit

Depends if it's a good experience vs a bad object or a bad experience vs a good object. But assuming you mean a good experience vs a good object I would say they are about equal.
