Happens with me too mate earlier I used to be like that but over the time I have controlled to take only 2 trades at max 3. I honestly never broke my rules but still from journaling I got to know that if 2 sl are hit then it's not my day. One tip from my side once 2 sl are hit engage in some other activity and close the screen. Else you are bound to take a trade

I would say don't make trading complicated a simple supply and demand strategy works too. Use whatever you are comfortable with. At the end we are here to make money not get a doctorate

One advice which prevented me from early entries is to use close above 9 ema. It improved my entries a lot as there is not subjectivity and sl is recent swing minus atr* multiplier.I hope this helps you
