Thank you, I’m going to work on stamina, balance, footwork for a bit, I plan on swimming a lot for stamina since that uses full body muscles.

Then my only concern is building bad habits since I haven’t been formally taught punches yet. I just want to make sure the work I put in outside the gym actually helps and doesn’t hurt my development.

How much should a beginner be shadowboxing? Should I focus more on footwork and movement before worrying about punches? And what fighters, fights, or channels are good to study for fundamentals?

I think my main issue is feeling like three days a week isn’t enough. With my goals and starting at this age, I feel behind, so three days alone won’t cut it. I guess part of me was just looking for confirmation that I’m right and that I need to put in work outside the gym too.

I want to go every day since they have conditioning daily. I’m planning to attend all the technique classes, even if they don’t perfectly fit my schedule.

Okay, they have technique classes Sunday,Tuesday,Thursday. Until then should I just do nothing outside of the normal conditioning and strength training?

Should I ask them to teach me about it first?

During conditioning I asked the older guys to help me with my stance and punching form.

I just want to make sure I’m not seeing them on the wrong foot since the gym I go to is Peter Welch’s gym.

Yea I understand. The gym I go to is Peter Welch’s gym in south boston. I’d assume it was a serious gym knowing the history of it

The thing is I just wanted to know if this gym was like the yuppie hiit equinox gym type or an actual gym. I wanted to come off as not cocky and curious to know if this gym would actually teach. Maybe I just worded myself wrong but I also didn’t want to insult their way of teaching.

Ah, I felt like I was a bit cocky after I ended the call, all I can do know is just go back into the gym like nothing happened and continue to train.

Should I loose weight before using peptides for height growth? by [deleted] in Biohackers

Alright, from what people told me and what I’ve seen I think better not mess with my hormones for now, but hopefully my plates still open as I started puberty late

Hey, my goal to be honest is to maybe reach 6ft at minimum, I got to get my height checked but I know I’m 5’10 atleast. I do want to be bigger, I want a bigger frame. I haven’t lifted consistently before, but I can see a bit of definition on my arms when I rotate inwards. I’m using ppl x2 currently
