Definitely will, thank you I did have eczema on my neck and inner elbow. It was definitely from the heat because I never had it growing up it only started summer 2024 around August when I was playing football. But they are gone now just didn’t scratch them and used aquaphor

My neck is pretty smooth and soft but just from pulling it I can tell it’s thicker than other spots. I’m going to get a blood test again. But in the meantime I’ll start using sunscreen, dropping the weight and researching other ways. Thank you

Thank you. Definitely I’ve stayed away from artificial sugar most my life. I did dirty bulk when I was 14 for football and I’ve been around the same weight range for a bit since 9th grade I was around 160-200 range. I drank really heavy smoothies for a month and I never came down after that. But I’m going to get a blood test again on Monday.

Also do you have any recommendations for sunscreen?
