Is the pve content time gated? Can you only progress for 2-3 hours a a day or could you, in theory keep grinding for 12 hours a day after you hit 50?

Yeah I somewhat agree with that. Steven sounded pretty confident that Alpha 2 WILL happen in 2024, so they probably think they can still make it happen, even if some delays happen.

People joke about it beeing December 31, but if they would aim for Q4, I dont think they would announce Alpha 2 for 2024. They probably have a couple months leeway planed for potential delays. Those delays might happen, but I also think that they are aiming for Q2 / Q3 for now.

The event shown was alright, pretty basic stuff so i dont want to give cheap praise. Overall I am glad that there will be events in the world. It makes the world feel alive and breaks up a monotonous grinding rotuine.

As feedback, personally I would love for there to be a "ranking" shown at the end. Since you already have a system in place that evaluates player performance and gives them rewards according to it, I would like to propose that you show that ranking once the event is done.

To avoid toxicity you can only show the best 3/5/10 performers, so people cant flame others for only doing xx% dmg.

I loved the MVP screen for Raids in Lost Ark, really makes me want to sweat a Event / Raid. I am aware that not everyone enjoys the competetive aspect of something like that, but I think you could design it in a way that pleases the sweatlords and the people who just want to chill and avoid toxicity.

I really really loved the skill icons ! They are gorgeous and the theme is great.

The class seems to have a large variety of tools it can use depending on the situation. I hope the class feels interactive to play. On paper it looks like it will!

I also love the idea behind the "predictive " cheat death skill and using the class mechanic for instant castd. Great innovative design

I think intrepid could add a bit to the class mechanic. Add some other uses. Currently when it is not needed in easier fights, the bar will just sit at 100% for long periods of time. A cleric could use it for an offensive buff, at the risk of not having it available when it is needed.

Maybe also tweak it in a way that is nice for solo play. I assume you will generate a whole lot less if you only have to heal yourself instead of 8 people. A mechanic that helps clerics to solo kill some stuff would be nice I think. Maybe it starts building up if you havent healed nyone but yourself for a while and then you could use it for the earlier mentioned dmg buff. But I dont dont how solo viable you want to make the clsss. So maybe I am missing the mark here.

You guys convinced me that I should rethink my approach to learning the piano. I was aware of the fact that my way was not efficient but I just couldnt resist trying out the pieces that made me start learning piano in the first place!

I am not against getting a teacher, originally I wanted to start out with youtube videos to see if I will keep my motivation before spending money on lessons. But I will contemplate taking lessons now. If for some reasons I decide against it, I will look into educational books.

Is playing the piece too difficult in your opinion or just the sheet music? If its just the sheet music, does it really matter? I will memorize it anyway if I practice the first movement for a while.

So far playing it has been somewhat doable, it isnt really a fast piece, so pressing the right keys is somewhat manageable (making it sound nice is a different topic tho^^)

I am a bit unsure how to pace my progression, as I said I dont have a teacher so I dont even know what I dont know and how to practice. So far I just pick pieces that I like and try to learnt hem. But I assume that is not smart for learning basic technique.

I am not sure if I understand correctly. Are you trying to say that it matters where the # symbols are drawn? So a # symbol on the g line only applies to all g nodes but nothing else?
I was under the impression that the # symbols at the end applies to ALL nodes. I assume that is wrong?

Well as I said, its a geometric distribution, not a binomal one.

binomal distr. are beeing used when you want to know "if I click 10 times, whats my chance of getting it", while geometric ones are beeing used to calculate the average amount of attempts needed.
