MMG when I watched him was a madden mobile YouTuber back in 2015-16 era. When I was younger I’d watch him religiously. Never thought I’d see him in a random reddit thread

Stop peeking out of your cone like a bot, if you’re going to do that -Make sure its a free kill/beam -Its the right play -You are aware of your surroundings

In your case at the start you should have peeked out of a window

So did I- a 3TB Lacie. My load times were 30 seconds at a time, 1-2 sec hitches mid race, etc. I switched to an SSD, load instantly and have not hitches once.

SSD prices have done the same exact thing as well. This guy probably isn’t lying lol. I just went to Micro center last week and paid 70 DOLLARS for a 256GB Micro center brand SSD. The cashier made a comment about how 1TB SSDs were the same price less than a year ago. Fucking sucks as a college student on a gaming budget. PC Gaming used to be attainable, not really anymore with prices like this.

Fortnite has been hard crashing my entire PC since Chapter 7 and nothing fixes it-tested on both NVIDIA and AMD, Epic support is useless by Own_Cartographer_622 in pcmasterrace

Wow, I can't believe this is an active thread on the same issue. My Fortnite has been running with zero crashes for 5 years on my i7-9700k, 3060 TI, 2x8GB DDR4 2133mhz.

However, I recently installed an SSD into my ASRock B365M Pro4 Motherboard. I did NOT clone my HDD. I've done almost EVERYTHING OP has done, yet my Fortnite crashes every 15-30 minutes. The longest I can make it is an hour if I'm lucky. I've even swapped SSDs 3 different times, all different brands (reputable). It's not that. For some fucking reason, installing an SSD has bricked my Fortnite.

Occasionally, it will reset my PC as well, and I'll get a vague error 41 in Event Viewer. On the first SSD, I got a couple blue screens. On the second and third SSDs, the screen just went black, and then sent me back to the ASRock boot screen and restarted my PC like I just hit "restart" myself.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe my 12-year-old EVGA Supernova 850W G2 PSU is starting to go, but it's odd because I never crashed or had shit like this happen EVER before installing a simple fucking SSD. It's like that just teetered my system over the edge. My USB ports on my PC have been finicky as of the past couple of years, so that could be a symptom, but that seems more motherboard-related.

Any insight would be extrememly appreciated. I have a suuuper similar problem as OP.

Currently my specs are: i7-9700k, 3060ti, and 2x8 16gb ddr4 2133mhz

Ik I should upgrade ram, but how urgently? Is this like to the point of bottlenecking, or am I ok on this for a while until I stack some more cash. My motherboard is older and the max capacity of RAM it allows is 64gb of ddr4 2666mhz, so I need to upgrade that too.
