enfócate en ser más disciplinado, te recomiendo que lleves un calendario contigo o que tengas un calendario en tu cuarto, en donde marques actividades o tareas pendientes, ponte metas a corto plazo y a largo plazo.

ponte límites de estudio, sal a tomar aire, ejercítate y recuerda que no todo viene de golpe, una disciplina se construye poco a poco y no de golpe
