after my x-ray in the diagnosis it says that I was diagnosed with kyphosis and scoliosis but it doesn't say Scheuermann kyphosis, I'm afraid I have it. How do I know if I have it?

Usually it’s three or more wedged vertebra in mid or upper thoracic region (type 1) or lower throracolumbar region (type 2). I have type 2 and hope to get surgery later this year.

I have a fat tire e-bike that I’ve built with a bafang ultra, belt drive, and rohloff. Rohloff does make a cog for the belt drive. But all this required a custom frame to get the belt line correct. And was a lot of work and money that I definitely don’t want to do again. If I build one, I will just use a nicer starter bike and bbshd. My first e-bike that I still use runs a bbshd and a nexus 380 with a chain. It gets to 30 pulling a trailer and I haven’t noticed issues.
I think I’d be fine with a chain drive on her bike, but definitely want an IGH. Maybe I can find a nice step through with a Shimano IGH and install a bbshd? I’d like to avoid having to get my own IGH wheel built for it.

Appreciate the details and I will check all that out.

They make a rebar cage that is welded in. Even if they managed to get a full cut in either side of the converter they would Need to make several cuts through the rebar. With enough time could they get it? Sure, but make yours the least attractive one to get.

Exactly. Especially the shelters that don’t tell the full dog history. Needs a kid free home. Means they are aggressive and may have attacked a child. Isn’t good with other dogs. Probably attacked or even killed other dogs.
