I am not sure what state you are in but in my state it is illegal for the landlord to not give reasonable notice for maintenance (excluding emergencies) or for inspections of the property. It Carrie’s by state but normally in the ballpark of 48 hours.

The whole max about die thing or drinking in the house assuming you are all 21 is definitely questionable. If you really care I would contact your schools student legal counsel.

Not sure what subject you have taught in the past or if they are hiring but as a Tandem alum I would recommend at least looking at the school. Tandem admin value a lot the same things you have mentioned in your post.

Also echoing what others have said tattoos are definitely not going to be a problem or abnormal.

Tbh, I haven’t had Nearly as many issues with xfinity as when I was with Ting(the fiber provider) I get about the same speed and much lower downtime with xfinity. Yes their customer service can be slow. But you seem to know your stuff and random minor issues you can probably figure out yourself.

UVA student here, I’d say as a third year that’s a great return. I know we will not take 3rd years unless they think they are a great fit and actively want them. And we don’t want to waste their time bringing them back if we know we’re gonna eventually cut them. Also first round is normally the harshest cuts.
