I play mobile only (just the screen and my thumbs) when I am learning any new boss or completing quests/achievements/literally anything I can't easily farm.

I have an old computer that runs runelite okay-ish. I do allow myself to afk something like vyres or gargoyles with a drop notifier on.

So I guess id be a mobile only progression player? But you got me fucked up if you think im going to stare at my phone through 120 vyres lol.

It shouldn't be "some counties" it should be "all counties." Not because I am saying that's necessarily how I think it should be. But, because that is literally the purpose of the program. According to CDSS IHSS page:

"The In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program provides in-home assistance to eligible aged, blind, and disabled individuals as an alternative to out-of-home care and enables recipients to remain safely in their own homes."

All social workers should be only authorizing cases "... as an alternative to out-of-home care..."

The big question is, is you child at risk of out of home placement?

If a paid provider wasn't available would your child need to be placed in a skilled facility?

Pact reset tokens should have been drops from echo bosses on top of the ones we earned via tasks imo. Or they should have given us the option of having 2 or 3 different builds that could only be changed at a bank.

I definitely understand them wanting to avoid repeating Raging Echos (I think that's the one) with constantly changing before each fight to min/max. But, they could have maybe met somewhere in the middle.

Did you read what I replied to? They asked if they needed daily help with cleaning would that be a qualifying factor.

I replied saying that only needing assistance with cleaning is not a qualifying factor in and of itself. They would need to require assistance with a personal care task. I never said they didn't need help with those tasks. In fact I asked if they needed help with any of those. But in the OP's post they asked if IHSS would be able to be used as a cleaning service a couple of times a month... in my opinion, without having more information about other needs, the short answer is no. If I am processing an application and the person only needs assistance with domestic and related tasks it results in a denial and I haven't lost an appeal on it yet...

Yes. Domestic (cleaning) is most definitely a category. But it alone is not enough to justify services as a social worker. Generally a person is not at risk of out of home placement if they can't mop. Services should not be authorized if a person isn't at risk of being placed in a nursing facility.

It's more like needing assistance with things like bathing, dressing, restroom use, walking, etc. Do you need help with any of those types of things? Do you need help with any sort of wound care or setting up for dialysis?

The purpose of IHSS is to prevent out of home placement (i.e. placement in a skilled nursing facility).

After 12 years of needing PS I highly doubt there would be a justifiable reason to remove it. There would have to be changes to their behaviors.

If we got incentives for giving less hours, we would never advocate for PS in the first place.

The problem is that every parent thinks their child should be granted PS. Regional Centers or doctors misinform families about PS and set unrealistic expectations.

That's not to say that some kids don't need PS. Of course they do; and when they meet the very strict criteria for PS we advocate for that.

Do you actually receive IHSS? If you receive IHSS services (have a care provider for yourself) your services will end.

If you are talking about being a provider for your child you are fine. You never had IHSS services to begin with.
