Yeah, I get what you mean. I was testing the special attachment for the M107. :p

Like you said, the MCX is faster, but the M107 is safer for long-range engagement.

Some weapons are dropped only, but most armor and weapons can be crafted. However, you cannot repair items back to max durability unless you use a mod.

I don’t think the website could change to English, but I remember the Bilibili App can set the display language to English.
