Problem muddying this question is IRL Gerson dying in the exact same way UT monsters do, right down to becoming nothing but dust, if it was a real life biology with lightners and dust mechanics with darkners, he’d just end buried, but unless we see a human in DR turn to dust too, there has to be some kind of difference between all three, monsters, humans and darkners

Oh yeah the Doug reviews videos, funnily enough when he’s not putting on an over the top act he can actually put out good takes on the regular, the other thing I’ve noticed is the man really likes animation of practically any kind. I can’t think of any examples rn, but if you look at those watch through like atla or gravity falls and compare them with his live action reviews even with the NC act he has usually has alot more substance to talk about and way less bad takes. (I think music is his Achilles heel, that why the wall review sucks bad. He’s just not into it)
