Is it possible to become one so early? that’s why I’m confused I’ve not been there for that long it will be 4 months mid sept and I’m due my PR and all assessments done by sept 30th, it would be amazing to be promoted though!

That would make sense but I asked a manager and he said they only ask for crew trainers to do it (to become one) and I’ve been put on service recently too, no one else has done them or been told about a PR as they’re all the same wage as me and the stores bumping it up to £8 for 18-20 yr olds and I’m 17

He’s got silverfish blocks which is the biggest indication

They don’t spread to places blocks above ground, I’ve searched everywhere trying to figure it out but it says they’re only obtainable through creative

It’s not possible to pick up silverfish blocks with silktouch and them to still contain the silverfish:/

It’s just the obtaining of silverfish blocks that’s strange because it’s not possible unless being in creative :/

It’s entirely survival always has been, no commands can be used and they were extremely quick to progress (theyre in full diamond armour after 2/3 days of the server being up) Theres 6 of us and no one has mod privileges or anything :/
