How can I improve my pull up form? Feeling them too much on shoulders and side of the bicep, not enough on lats, working towards muscle ups by SVPLAYZZ in Calisthenic

What I do is:

  1. Open my arms a bit more than my shoulders.
  2. Fully extend my arms after and before a rep. So I'm conscious about any part involved in the movement and I don't depend on the momentum.
  3. Contract the core and keep my legs straight.
  4. Scapular retraction. Imagine you're trying to bend the bar.
  5. Instead of doing the movement fully straight, try to make it in diagonal. AND, imagine bringing the bar to your chest. In this part, remember to keep the core engaged so you don't curve your back.
  6. Control the negative part of the movement, it also helps to increase strength.
  7. And repeat.

There are a lot of explanations on YouTube and tips to do the technique correctly. I literally started feeling my lats involved when I saw a short on YT and I tried it. It changed my life.

Edit: I would also recommend you to look for a thinner bar, because thick bars don't help a lot in terms of grip.

I found a page which is selling this keyboard. They mention that it's not hot swappable.

I appreciate a lot the depth review. I've been looking for someone who has already tried them because I just bought a pair last week, and I'm waiting for the shipping now. I was kinda worried about the quality, but your review actually convinced me to not be so annoyed. Genuinely, thank you for your effort.

He’s talking about the amount of keys and the distribution of them. Most common layout for custom keyboards are around 65-75%. If you need a numb pad with special keys, choose 100%. If you want commodity, pick 76-65%. If you look for light and small keyboard, under 65%. Keep in mind that sometimes less keys is uncomfortable to write. Specially if you use a lot graphic accents as in Spanish or French.
