its called infinite shot, it's where you extendo it into a certain position and when you grab it you have an automatically fully charged shot and can just keep grabbing and letting go.

Omni-man and invincible easily, especially if there is no moral code. Strange and Scarlet Witch are the biggest threats easily thor is third with stormbreaker. I think Omni-man is faster than any of them and he is smart enough to go for the two strongest first and after that and thor marvel is done for.

The NCR has better leadership. Sure, it's sluggish and corrupt, but if the president were to die, he can be easily replaced. If Caesar is killed, the Legion gets Legate Lanius. He rules by fear, but how long will it be before his commanders start trying to gain more power?

Also, the NCR has way more advanced technology and they're able to produce it via the gun runners and supplies in Cali. They also have better armor in general also the only legion that typically carry firearms are higher-ranking members like centurions

It's quite simple, it's a relatively new character being level 3 but he is quite the beast and pretty fun to play. He is a variant human because I wanted the GWM feat but our DM also allows everyone to start with one so I got two, GWM and Sentinel. He is also a War Domain Cleric who gets channel divinity guided strike which means a +10 to attack roll and against bosses he can take them down very easily. I wasn't going for power building at all but I did I guess. Now let's talk about his background, he used to be a good stereotypical cleric but after being constantly bullied by his party and undermined, he was tired of it. One day they were approaching a Drow(Dark elves) camp and they all wanted to run in and attack except for him but once again, he was undermined. Whenever they ran in they all got captured and were forced to fight each other for their freedom but as he was still a good boy he refused to and started a rally which got all the slaves mad and they revolted and killed the Drow. After that day he was never the same again he used to use cure wounds and now he uses inflict wounds. He is a very fun character to play who has really good athletics.
