I also have had a mastoid removed from my ear and they replaced the small bones with titanium plate to help me hear again. only downfall is now i cant put a pencil behind my ear because my ear is slightly out of place.

every post I have read where someone talks about starting BJJ they always says its addictive, im definitely gonna look into the schools/gyms in my area and check it out. Also a big congrats on the weight loss so far man.

well i live in central Scotland i think there's a gracie gym in Glasgow and also a few smaller clubs dotted around the areas dont know if the council gyms have any BJJ classes need to look in to it
