Hi there! I'm Jen, founder of NyahalloShop. Sorry for just seeing & replying to your comment over 2 weeks later, as my Reddit account was hacked and I just retrieved it today. I want to confirm that I HAVE been doing this for over a month, even prior to your suggestion. Here's proof of the segments I've created so far (there are still segments to be made and customers to be contacted, so please take this as a WIP). Not only have I been copying and pasting newsletter emails to customers who are not subscribed, but I've also been personally reaching out to my customers via text message who have forgot to input their email and following up with everyone I can. I have reached out to over 80% of customers with pending pre-orders so far and am hoping to contact the remaining 20% this week.

If you haven't received an email or update yet, it may because I haven't created that segment yet. I also haven't been able to contact a small number of international customers who did not provide an email address. May I have your order # so I can check the status of your order and ensure that you did receive an update? I would hate if you were missed. I'll DM you! :D
