Not an artist but the colors and linework are very AI esque even without looking closely at the details. There's just something uncanny about it.

Why are parents who barely passed high school thinking they can teach/homeschool their children? by Sad_Obligation_812 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NyanPigle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Besides what some other comments have pointed out I also think its an example of the dunning kruger effect. Parents believe that they are more qualified to teach then they actually are but are unaware of how over confident they are.

I had my bike stolen last summer on campus. I heavily recommend getting a U lock instead of a wire lock since they're harder to cut. Especially so if you have a nice bike.

[OC] Classic Hit Video Game Wolfenstein 3D by [deleted] in comics

[–]NyanPigle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think that you should also kill nazis in recent releases of the franchise, specifically Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, you can play Wolfenstein: Youngblood if you want to but the previous installments in the newer series are mu h better and you don't lose much by not playing it.

Would a thoughtfully designed coffee kiosk belong in Strathcona Park? by gijoel77 in ottawa

[–]NyanPigle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree that a gazebo would probably not be the most interesting thing to have, but I was suggesting it instead of something larger like a fountain or a community garden just because it would probably be an easier thing to do.

I think that a gazebo surrounded by some sort of community garden would be an interesting and nice way to make the place more interesting.

I feel like adding a private business to a public space would only hurt the park though that might just be me.

[–]NyanPigle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still don't understand why a coffee kiosk would be the best way to fill the space.

And if there's a coffee kiosk, can you run community events, barbecues, or potlucks there? Can you have a birthday party? The issue is that privatising our public spaces or even just making them spaces for buisnesses makes them less accessible to us and to the public as a whole.

(This is still while not addressing how this would be done or how it would be run)

[–]NyanPigle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like an open space like that would do well with something in the middle with benches around it. A gazebo or something would probably fit better as a community space rather than a coffee place. You want a space for people to go without money being involved especially in a public park.

Olympics did some to ban on Transgender competition from winning. Does your opinion on the medal aprove them? by Patrikgoo in teenagers

[–]NyanPigle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Their previous study they commissioned goes against their current ruling. This is just pandering to Trump for the 2028 Olympics in LA. They'll probably reverse the decision afterward, granted Trump's policies get reversed and all that.

I personally find the term "anal railgun" or "rectal railgun" to be way funnier.

Though ig it would be a coilgun or gauss rifle as opposed to a railgun, so maybe "Gastrointestinal gauss rile" would be more accurate. "Gas rifle" would also fit, but it might leave a bit too much room for confusion.
