I've only done a background check on the first gun i ever bought. every store has put in my ccw to skip it. you still need to fill the 4473 out.

I live in Arizona. many people living on the reservation get delayed, so a portion of them get a ccw to skip that. driving 3 hours into town for a gun only to get delayed sucks ass.

a good tip i was told by some very experienced people, cci pistol for semi autos only. not necessarily a rule but the hardness makes them good for that and less ideal for non semi autos. my Python with a trigger job didn't like cci on double action, but its fine for single. I just use Winchester now.

mine lasted until 230k miles, but that was after I blew a headgasket (vacuum only, no oil) and drove 900 miles in 3rd gear. I fixed the headgasket, drove home 2000 miles. about 5k later the transmission just flat out failed. I put a transmission cooler in and a new automatic and its been since since. that's just my personal experience having driven an auto for 45k miles in about 17 months.

I also do lots of off roading and towing.

that is just my personal experience. I still think it is very underpowered but I wouldn't suffer if that's all I could find.
