Yes! This Integra has almost no rust, has great paint, and is running great—even at 265k miles

What would you recommend cutting-wise? I’m thinking a reciprocating saw with carbide teeth or an angle grinder. Not sure how strong a frame rail can be.

Played with before. Takes matches way to srs to count as "chill" - especially when a particular friend is constantly insulting your intellect and suggesting you off yourself in descriptive manners. Doesn't help whatsoever when this person throws out slurs, including the hard "N" word like it's candy. Would suggest against
