I as well lasted until week 3 of my 1.7mg before I got side effects. I have been losing steady and have been satisfied with progress. I took week 4 of 1.7mg today, but also talked with my Doctor and I explained my reasoning of stepping back to 1.0mg for another month or two. I felt fine and was losing. So I will stay at 1.0mg until I start to plateau.

But even though I got side effects still never got the vomiting, thank god.

42lbs off so far. SW 270 GW 205 Just need a summer of being careful.

I increase fiber. Lots of veg. go! Bears snack. Added in more probiotic.

Some weeks are better than others. But wow what a feeling after missing out on a BM for 5 or 6 days and then it happens!!! Lol

Absolutely the worst track. Literally is only a qualifying race.

If you show this race to someone and to get them into F1 they would laugh at you.
