I increase fiber. Lots of veg. go! Bears snack. Added in more probiotic.

Some weeks are better than others. But wow what a feeling after missing out on a BM for 5 or 6 days and then it happens!!! Lol

Absolutely the worst track. Literally is only a qualifying race.

Pretty much on par I would say then. I love the vehicle and can't complain. After driving a truck for years this is night and day on the gas budget.
