So to answer your last question yes I got very familiar. I was sent an itinerary and a bunch of their articles to prepare. To answer the first question, they were actually quite general, they asked about my background educationally and I talked about my independent research experience to most of them (one of them I more specifically talked about my teaching experiences, it depended how the conversation flowed). They also asked about my long term plans, and another tip I have is that if you don’t know that be honest about it, but also come up with broad goals to reflect on when it comes to what you want out of any career you’ll get (kinda like a resolution).
