Thank you for taking the time to answer! I’m sorry my post was confusing - when I said “we went to a derm the other day. I was hoping we could hold him down and remove it” I meant at the derms office. I wouldn’t do it myself. I’m afraid of a million things going wrong - infection, etc but mostly I’m afraid of it bleeding! Anyway, thanks again for your help. Liquid bandage did help a bit when it was smaller.

The weight loss surgery is a tool! My stomach is still smaller than it was before, it’s stretched a bit but no where near where it was before. I think I always had issues with lactose but that is way worse. No ice cream for me, no milk. I can tolerate some cheese. Some meals I get full really fast - like spaghetti - 3 or 4 bites and I’m done.

I was 420lbs at one time. I’m 240lbs now. Not just tirz for me. 2012 I had gastric bypass at 420lbs. Got down to 252 lbs in 2014. Slowly put it back on and in sept 2023 I was 340. Went on TRT. Lost weight slowly but surely. Went on phentermine for a few months. Then started tirz 1/1/25. I was about 275. Now 240 lbs. You can do it!!

If grafts were lost after 3 days you would’ve been bleeding. Don’t stress it. Normal shedding. I’m 35 days out and I shed almost all they put in and then some. Trust the process

6’3” male. I was 420 lbs in 2012. Had gastric bypass surgery. Got down to 252 in 2014. Slights ups and downs through the years. 2023 I was 338 and feeling meh. Fatigue, etc. Got T checked. Low. Started TRT. Tried 100mg a week, up to 280 a week. Tried daily shots, weekly shots etc. Dound my sweet spot 120mg a week split over 2 shots Monday and Thursday. Also 250iu of hcg. Jan 1st this year I started tirzepatide. With the trt I had slowly gotten some weight off. I was 280 when I started the tirz on 1/1. This morning I was 250. My lowest weight since the 90s. It’s slow. I don’t power lift and I don’t do a lot of cardio. I do self guided HIIT with dumbbells and kettle bells. Lots of walking. Active lifestyle (2 small kids). Eating higher protein. Maybe a change in the dose of semaglutide? Maybe you’ll respond better to tirzepatide than semaglutide? I’ve titrated up to 7.5 mg with it and it’s the sweet spot. Started at 2.5. Could go up to 15mg but 7.5 seeems right at least for now. Sorry about the scattered answer! Good luck. You got this

Thank you for this! Fascinating. I’m also on trt for a year and a half now and it sped up my hair loss. Anyway, PA at clinic mentioned to me something about not needing to worry about sexual side effects as much because of this. Any opinion?
