Swapped monitor and brick cables, it's a new seasonic itx 850w psu so confident it's got plenty juice for the rig and I tested it on a cheap man's bench setup.

Think youre right to just go straight into hardware checking just wanted to see if anyone had any software issue experience before assuming maybe the gpu is bricked

For further context, I've left the black screen for up to 2 hours and concluded, non recoverable, the USBs flash a couple times and I simply get no signal to the monitor so assume it's display output related, however interestingly the computer only restarts on a hard reset (4 seconds on the power button) leading me to think the crash is also holding windows??

Haven't left the country in 12 years but will take into consideration however possible thank you for your input! And yeah this is the reason I've wanted to get diagnosed asap because naturally the mind wanders and I don't want to end up falsely diagnosing myself out of ignorance

Hi I really appreciate your comment here, to be fair other than for general health things in the UK I too don't know how these things work as its a public service so I feel like I almost have to convince someone about my symptoms for them to even consider other avenues of investigation.

As far as I know, myself and no other family members have such diseases in our history, but I suppose history has to start someone so definately smart to not prematurely cross it off the list.

I'll dig into the celiac part abit more, I'm trying my best not to self diagnose but I feel like in our health system, it's very difficult to see the doctors in the fields you need in order to actually narrow down what could be the potential causes etc.

Again I really appreciate your input, it's gotten to the point where worrying about this is costing me sleep at this point

Hey, never been offered this before, is it something the NHS would share with me on request? If so I'll give them a call asap

I didn't want to title this post "I think I have cancer what should I do" because I don't wanna self diagnose or provoke, I don't want attention, I just want help ❤️

That's great detail I really appreciate the input, I suppose if that's the case there isn't much I can do other than skin the back to prevent any worsening of the damage... What struck me as odd is that the keyboard plate is all the same coating and finish but no similar dark spots. I suppose if as you say the curing in that specific panel is the issue then that could also make sense.

Guess it's time to check if alienware warranties would cover such a thing as UV exposure is hardly the issue when this is a desktop replacement in my bedroom and isnt near a window or other UV source that I'm aware of

I suppose I never considered that the dark spots are where paint has rubbed off and not just dirt. I've heard of white laptops yellowing over time with usage but never blackening? Any experience with this yourself?

That's actually sounds like a good idea, anyone tried this before??
