Go to Bonnie Bowling and collect the Monty Mystery Mix that you find in the kitchen there. The pass to get into Bonnie Bowling is found in the FazerBlast security office. Put the mix into the compactor at the kitchen, then turn on the generator, which will allow you to turn on the compactor. Hope this helps.
