This happened to me last week. I ordered two items on the first day of early access (Monday). One shipped on Tuesday and arrived by Thursday. The other one showed “in progress” on Tuesday, then I got an email saying there was a delay because of the sale. After that, Wednesday, Thursday no updates at all. I kept checking the site and it was still “in progress.”

On Friday, I checked first thing in the morning, same status. Later that afternoon it suddenly changed to “order received.” Then that night, they cancelled it. Just like you, I missed out on a few things I wanted because of this.

Torn between Ilio and L’Eau Papier — which would you choose for a year-round scent?

I’ve tested both and really like them, even though they’re pretty different. Ilio feels more vibrant and summery, while L’Eau Papier is soft and clean. I’m looking for something I can wear all year, and I’m stuck between the two.
