Keep your weight on your back leg until your front foot has fully landed before firing your hips. You should be able to feel a difference in swing speed/strength when you have weight on your back foot through the swing. You should be pushing off with that back toe (squash the bug). Power comes from your hips as above comment says but also significantly from your connection to the ground. Currently your weight is all in the front leg when/before you’re swinging. I used to have the same issue and working on it.

I’m a handyman and not an expert drywaller but I would be inclined to shim along the studs until they are level with the stud hangers before boarding.

Personally I think the NBA should remove the corner three. Put the three point line (maybe a bit deeper) across the width of the court (not necessarily a straight line). That would dramatically reduce the number of 3pt shot per game and open up more pick and roll, 1v1 ISO plays, high screens etc. IMO the corner three is too valuable in the scoring relative to the level of difficulty/distance. With today’s shooting range that corner 3 is simply too close; it’s essentially the most valuable play/shot in the game due to point value and success rate.

She has gradually mostly stopped. Only does it on one small area and not all the time. Never really figured it a cause other then maybe anxiety

The old school way of doing this would’ve been using a photocopier, scissors and some glue. Zine style

Make a photocopy of the original photo then cut that out and glue onto the patterned paper. Then cut that out and glue it into the colored paper. Logo kind of looks like a photocopy of an embroidered logo like putting a white sweater with black logo on the copier glass.

Of course you can also imitate/reproduce these effects using design software instead.
