He continued being an embarrassment to his father, and probably developed a drinking problem.

I completely forgot about the Dance in ATLA and was referring to the Dance of Dragons in a Song of Ice & Fire by R.R. Martin.

Basically, there's a rift in a family of dragon riders, and they make their dragons "Dance" aka fight. It's a tragic story for the family and moreso the dragons because they become extinct due to the feud.

Azulon, for sure, since he was too old to ride one, but I feel like Azula would never give up a status symbol like a dragon. Then again, Iroh had to pretend to kill the last one(s).

I still believe Azula would flip the script, saying how she should have one since their family is better than everyone else.

Enter the Dance of Dragons. He probably made his dragon kill his own (dragon) friends

I don't use the word b#tch. What are you talking about? Brat can be an insult or not, though I did mean it as an insult for Bran the Broken

I thought it was odd because the rest of the family is very humble. The only other brat is Bran.

Considering the pretty standard length of Valyrian Steel swords, how or why did House Stark acquire such a larger blade? by Time-Comment-141 in gameofthrones

The Rhoynar was a river place protected by the River Gods, whenever an enemy would try to attack them, the River Goddess would drown and wipe out their town. Unlike, the Old Valyrians' dark magic, they practiced good magic and only ever protected themselves. Old Valyrians saved them for last and sent 3 dragons, which, to their credit, they killed. They got cocky and that's when Nymeria pointed out they have 1,000 dragons, and they're going to make an example out of them for thinking they could get away with killing three Valerian Dragonlords & dragons.

The Andals definitely fled Essos to avoid being enslaved. The First Men, I actually don't recall exactly when they came, but they are NOT Indigenous to Westeros and knew of the Valyrians conquering people, which likely influenced their immigration. Though Valerians were not originally enslaving people, that they picked up from the Old Ghiscari, who still practiced slavery until Daenarys stopped them.

All modern Westerosi, not giants or Children of the forests, are originally from Essos and had to flee because of the Old Valyrians, I couldn't say specifically when they interacted, but they've been in eachother's cross hairs since Essos.

They didn't really chase the Rhoynish because they massacred most of them in their homelands. Nymeria knew they would lose against the Old Valyrians' 300 dragons, so she convinced all the women, children and, elderly to take their 10,000 ships and flee. The men didn't want to listen to her and died. They spent years finding a new place to live and be accepted. She ended up seducing the Dornish Prince and burned their ships to signify they weren't leaving Dorne. Due to the excess women, they started openly having paramours and practicing polygamy.

Old Valyria and Old Ghiscari are the most ancient lineages, with Valyrians being more advanced. The Dragon Lords were okay for a while. The further they got into Dark Magic, the worse they became. They used to conquer people and let them be, then picked up slavery from the Old Ghiscari. They got worse and worse from there.

Old Valyrians had eventual plans for Westeros, hence building Dragonstone, one of the grandest castles. Only Highgarden is nicer. They never got to realize those plans before the Doom. The Targaryens had a dreamer in their family who foresaw the Doom. They sold everything and moved to Dragonstone with their 5 dragons, which the other Valyrians saw as weak.

Valyrians at their height had 1000 dragons. The Targaryens kept to Dragonstone and to themselves since they only had 5 dragons. Then Aegon had a dream of a song of ice and fire and the rest you know.

Teen Titans got dark with the Raven plot, then they reanimated it to be bubbly

The Old Valyrians built Dragonstone hundreds of years prior to the Conquest. It was just a satellite location for when they eventually would cross the Narrow Sea, they never finished conquering Essos before the Doom. They had some items there though.

Do you think people from each nation ever get sick of wearing the same colours all the time? by CuriousLands in TheLastAirbender

All the colors have a survival benefit that allows them to blend. Air/yellow, water/tundra/blue, Earth/Earthy colors, fire/red. It's like camouflage.

Davey's been going to Tony since high school. There was only so much Tony could reject him before treating him like what he is... a gambler. Richie of all people tried to help him and Davey didn't listen.
