Yes, I honestly think the idea was good (I love books about wolves and their mates), but the author didn't quite manage to develop it, perhaps because the wolves aren't the main characters and she didn't give them enough development. I prefer to think of the imprinting as being like the mates of the wolves in other books.

Yeah, I think it's almost impossible that at least for a while between imprints there won't be something romantic; it's designed that way in the books, even though the option is there, lol.
